Refund and Returns Policy

At Kapsam, we aim to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we have a straightforward process for refunds and returns. Please read our policy below for details.


Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.

How to Request a Return

  1. Send a Return Request

    • To start the return process, email us at return@kapsamhairs.com with the following details:
      • Your Order Number.
      • A brief description of the reason for return.
      • Attach photos of the item, showing its current condition.
  2. Return Approval

    • Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you via email whether it has been approved or denied.
  3. Schedule a Pickup

    • If approved, we will arrange for a team member or courier to pick up the product from your location.
    • Please ensure the item is packaged securely for pickup.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom wigs (e.g., custom-colored or made-to-order wigs).
  • Wigs or hair extensions that have been worn, styled, or altered.
  • Opened or used hair care products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, styling products).
  • Accessories that have been removed from their original packaging.
  • Final sale items, clearance items, or promotional items.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Items with minor wear or missing accessories.
  • Items damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Return requests initiated after 30 days (at our discretion).

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If rejected:

  • The item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, please email admin@kapsamhairs.com with:

  • Your order details.
  • Photos showing the issue with the item.

Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup and ship the replacement item to you.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email you a gift certificate.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to them, and they will be notified of the return.


Shipping Returns

For all returns, we will handle the pickup process, so you don’t have to worry about shipping.

  • Pickup Costs:
    Pickup and handling fees may be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • Packaging:
    Ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
